A potential easy fix for you will be to take the Female meshes from the original mod and use those instead. The only clipping fixes I did on Female versions were on the PipBoy which you will never notice. Please get back to me if that solves the issue and check the Male ones too.

You should try the mod Pip Boy Remover. It may fix the issue. But handled Pip Boy will always cause this kind of conflict. People more knowledgeable than me explained this very well somewhere else.
Made it for FO3 as there are very few armour mods I actually like and use for that, crazy how much more popular NV is. I think this is the best mashup outfit around and with my tweaks you will probably forget its a mod after a while.
