A completely handmade and unique remaking of the litter found around the game, I added nicer looking litter to the game via photoshop and using the base games original placement of litter. In addition to the retexture I have also removed the weird 3D floating litter as to not break immersion, this does come with one major downside and that would be you get less litter overall and you will notice textures repeat a lot, but I view this as a small price to pay for salvation :D
I don't know how this will react to other mods that touch litter so I would say test it and see what happens. The only edit I did was to remove some nasty meshes for the litter.
