Just looked to see what the problem was. A better fix than deleting the normal map would be to correct the file path to "textures\dlcanch\armor\chinesestealtharmor\ChineseStealthArmor_n.dds". That way it'll actually have the details that the normal map provides.
(For reference the back of the gloves texture uses the main suit texture. But the normal map points to the glove texture, so they're completely mismatched.)
