Adds a customizable OTs-33 Pernach Pistol, features custom fire sounds, workbench crafting and leveled lists integration
- OTs-33 Pernach Location: Behind Doc Mitchell's House, left to the closed door (See images section)
- OTs-33 Pernach Attachments Location: Right to the weapon
- Extended Mag and Stocks can be added through the Pip-Boy
- Automatic receiver/Suppressors can be added in a workbench
