   the vest is not appearing. I've already uninstalled & reinstalled it, but it didn't fix the issue. Any help would be appreciated!
   
   Edit: I didn't check requirements like a dummy. problem should be solved.

   Is the satchel a fixed part of the armor? Or is it an accessory, like a backpack or headpiece, etc.?

      It's an accessory from the courier vests mod. I believe it takes up the backpack slot.

   its a good armor mod but i wonder is there a armor you can use to repair it or does it have to be repaired by a merchant?

      You should be able to use any kind of combat armor to repair it, or any medium armor if you have the jury rigging perk.
