The Ambient color change will be ignored if Realistic Wasteland Lighting is installed. For FNVRWL users I also suggest setting bDayTweaks and bDeadMoneyTweaks to 0.

DLCs weathers are not affected by the Ambient color change (that change was mostly needed for the main game's weathers).
DayTweaks ignore the Zion Valley and Big MT weathers if Altitude is installed (caused the fog to be too bright).

bDayTweaks - Tweak the day fog (see screenshots). Disabled by default.
bDeadMoneyTweaks - Tweak the Dead Money weathers fog (see screenshots). Disabled by default.

Got rid of a "white ring" in the NVUrbanClear weather (and potentially every similar weathers).
Tweaked the ambient RGB value (the script skip that part if Nevada Skies or Altitude are installed).
