Description:

Some PowderGangers MAY explode when damaged by energy weapons and/or Explosives


Detail:

Adds a script to the "Majority" of Powder Gangers through out the game (and edits a few base scripts) to have the powder carried by the gangers to cook off..
if killed by explosives and/or energyweapons :)

Beware: as of v 1.5 the cooking off of powder gangers now consumes their dynamite (as logic would dictate)
