Mostly just tweaks around the Gun Runner caravan NPCs weapons and armor to be conditioned, instead of full condition, generalizes a few of their weapons, and reduced the overall stock level of the caravan merchant.

The NPCs will be slightly tougher and better equipped, and the merchant in particular won't be as soft.
