    When using this mod with LSO and the patch in the optional files, there is some landscape popping out on the street near The Tops. I edited the LSO patch in the GECK, flattened out the landscape where it was popping out and added a very small amount of landscape at The Tops parking entrance to make the transition less ugly.

    This esp is the same as the patch in the optional files, just with added landscape changes. This was my first time using the GECK so I might have messed something up, but it seems fine. Just uploading it here in case anyone wants it.

    I had some issues, so I uninstalled to do some testing. I Reloaded a save before even entering freeside for the first time, let alone the strip. But the Strip is still fully open, even without the mod installed. It just renders in the models when I go past where the gate would be. 

    Edit: I reinstalled it again, then uninstalled it again, and now it has gone back to normal. Not sure why it didn't do it the first time but we are there now.

    I was wondering if you could make a "Half Simple Open Strip" version which only removes one gate near the Gomorrah? I have a screenshot of what it'd look like. I figured it'd make more sense for the strip to have this layout. The gate would act as a checkpoint of sorts to the ncr embassy. it also really sells the fact even more that mrhouse really did just shove the ncr to the back, away from the main area of the strip 

    also imo when everything is open, and ur looking down the street from the embassy, the sight isnt as good as when you're entering the strip

    would be grateful if you could consider doing this <3

      X2. An interesting idea that is lore friendly, improves performance, and emphasizes the two world spaces we wont to be "open" the most.

      If someone made an animated asset for it it would be cool to have a functional gate there that opened and closed without being an entire load screen

    could you possibly clean up the spot near the ultra luxe with the rubble piles and ground textures not appearing as grass please?  or possibly expanding to how the strip should be?

    also is the fpge patch integrated in this cause it doesn't work i tried literally every thing

      The Strip worldspace is always a bit buggy, but with Simple Strip Open, FPGE, and that patch I've never had any problems :( sorry guy

    do you know what markers trigger the sections to load in and stuff like the npcs going to and from casinos or the triggers for fpge content to spawn? i want to move them cause they are bugged to were they spawn only after you get into the south end so you cant even see them anymore  and so the stuff doesn't just pop in and out

    Ok I think I've finally found what's causing the roads lighting to get messed up. I got the mod to open in the geck (turns out my geck extender wasn't updated), and saw that there are a bunch of multibound markers clipping into the ground exactly where I was having issues. So I took those and moved them above ground and it has seemingly fixed the issue. I don't know what they do or what their for but moving them seemed like the trick. IDK if this will cause any other problems though. 

    After some ini changes the problem occured reliably whenever I went into a building on the strip and came back out, so the people who aren't noticing it should try doing that at night when it's most egregious.

    hello, boys and girls!
    first of all, Qolore, Moburma, and Schizofriendlia - thank you for all of your amazing works.
    the only thing that's been annoying is that, as i proceed further down the strip, there's the LOD popup at the very end of the road.
    every time i'm walking down the strip the fence near the NCR embassy pops up.
    what can i do to resolve this? i already generated LOD with LODGEN - perhaps some ini changes?

    any chance you can fix the npcs roaming in and out of the casinos and maybe add more in the base game they go from LVB station to the tops and with the mod it just goes from the ultra luxe to the tops.

    plus would be cool to see them going into gomorrah,tops,lvb station, and pretty much all the buildings there.

    good way to check is see where the npcs are going and spawn in the base game
