      Why not use the effect used for V.A.T.S. Mauler attack (0010F09F) instead?

      I read on the Fallout Wiki that the Mauler attack only has a chance of knocking down targets. I didn't want to test the authenticity of that and just used the guaranteed knockdown effect from the Blade of the West.

      I remember Mauler always knocked down targets when I last played.
