Overview In Fallout 3, various actions can greatly affect your karma. You can easily be a bad person if you do a few bad actions and and get good if you do the opposite. In New Vegas, the amount of karma you get and lose on your actions and through dialogue is negligible. That means you get and lose very little karma on most things you do and you'll have to be more reliant on killing good and bad people and stealing/pickpocketing to affect your alignment.
This mod reduces the karma values to make up for the amount of karma for your actions through dialogue and other actions in New Vegas. The maximum karma is now reduced to 500 and to reach good and evil, you need 100 karma points. To be very good and evil, you need 350. Killing good/evil NPCs grants/penalizes you 5 karma and very good/evil NPCs nets you a 30 karma gain/loss.
In addition, the mod also modifies Lonesome Road's Thought You Died perk so you gain 10 health every 50 karma.
