Overview
In Fallout 3, outfits without damage resistance have skill and S.P.E.C.I.A.L. boosts in order to make up for the lack of or negligible damage protection. This sadly isn't the case most of the time in New Vegas, where most exclusive outfits without damage protection serve little to zero purpose other than cosmetic. This in turn makes them not worth using unless you want to fit in a specific place.

Solving the problem, this mod now adds stat and S.P.E.C.I.A.L. boosts to various outfits so they're more useful on various occasions and also makes a few improvements to a few other cosmetic items aswell.

List of outfits
  • Eyeglasses: +1 to DT.
  • Boomer outfits: +5 to explosives.
  • Powder Ganger outfits: +3 to explosives and guns.
  • Gambler outfits: +1 to luck.
  • The Kings outfits: +2 to charisma.
  • Bright brotherhood robes: +5 to energy weapons.
  • Casual NCR ranger outfits: +5 to guns and +1 to agility.
  • "Republican" outfits (E.G. field hand): +5 to survival
  • Gomorrah prostitute attire: +1 to charisma and agility.
  • White Glove Society attire: +10 to speech.
  • Slave rags: +1 to agility and endurance.
  • Chinese stealth armor: +15 to sneak and stealth field upon sneaking.

Other changes
  • A few non-DT headwear such as the NCR beret and Legion explorer hood now have +1 perception like other such headwear aswell.
  • Crocker's outfit now have the same effect as buisnesswear.
  • White Glove masks now have +1 DT like hockey masks.
