Improved version of Baja Island v5 with improved performance and new assets and furniture.

Reworked version of "Baja island v5"
Doesn't include the features of v6, because it was giving me issues and bugs, like CTDs, i wasn't able to fix.
This is not a party house anymore, instead it's a classy player home on a deserted island, that was untouched by the war.

IF YOU HAVE BAJA ISLAND V6, please UNINSTALL it, or use the appropriate plugin avalable in optional files.

Since it's based on v5 to acces the house, you'll have to go to goodsprings, and instead of a plane you'll find a payphone to call the plane.

The house has been optimized,  and no longer causes massive FPS drops.
90% of the assets were remade with reasonable sized polycount. New stuff was added, with brand new furniture.

Unique foods and drinks also added to the fridges in BAJA, or in a shipping crate that will respawn.

"Baja is pronouced and defined (Bah - huh) as in Baja California

a narrow peninsula in NW Mexico between the Gulf of California and the Pacific, forming two territories of Mexico. 1,434,000; 55,634 sq. mi. (144,090 sq. km). Capitals: Mexicali (Northern Territory) and La Paz (Southern Territory).
Its where alot of the rich living in Vegas have summer homes. Most are Abstract style with cabana outrooms.

This is a Player Home built on the Baja Islands south of California.

There is a payphone just south of Goodsprings (has map marker) that will take you to the Island."

Interactive objects:
A playable PIANO with sounds recorded by fallout2am
Lamps in the main house can be used to turn on additional lights.
Trapdoor near the computer brings you to a basement


Known issues:
Transparency in new vegas with ENB is not nice, therefore there may be some items turning invisible when looking though the windows. nothing that can be done about that.

Canyon Rocks Fix
Fixes uvmap of the canyon rock that you see a lot in baja island.

Kitchen Knife Retexture
Best kitchen knife retexture. you'll find a kitchen knife in the house,, without this texture it may look out of place.
