Changes Scrapz' chest light so that it glows in RGB, smoothly transitioning from one color to the next. Also affects all other robots using the same model.

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS
This mod may be installed with any mod manager.
For manual installs:
Place the Data folder in your New Vegas install folder, making sure to back up the mesh and texture file it overwrites in case you want to uninstall the mod.
