idk what the mod manager file is supposed to do but you guys don't have to download anything (you might want to for convenience if you have a brand new install). just follow the instructions on the description page. you can use "ctrl +f" to find "bload". be sure to Save your .ini files before closing them.
Not trying to hate, but what's the point of this mod if i have to go into the ini files anyways? like...what does this really solve if going into the ini files already solves it?
It's usually a very bad idea to use someone else's INI file. It will result in lot of unnecessary and probably undesired changes. If you were just to post the edits to the INI it might help people a little more.
these .ini files are from a fresh installation of NV and i havent made any changes to them besides bLoadFaceGenHeadEGTFiles but i did add something telling people who already have messed with ini files what to do

I was gonna say..... Could you not just tell us which settings need to be changed in the INIs? I'd have to agree with this guy.
If by restart u mean like starting a new save or something like that then no u dont, and I havent tried editing the ini files while in game but im pretty sure that it would not work
the only change in all 3 of the files is bLoadFaceGenHeadEGTFiles and I haven't made any other edits to these ini files in my current install of the game ill add dis to the description too
