All credit goes to xGeorge and his work on the model replacer for FO3 and TTW. He has given me full permission to upload an ESP of the mod in NV. (None of his assets are included in the download).
Donation Points system
This mod is opted-in to receive Donation Points
Adds the Pulowski Preservation Shelters from FO3 as a working Activator in F:NV.
First start off by going over the Fallout 3 Nexus and downloading xGeorge's Pulowski Replacer as mentioned above.
After downloading install the mod to the mod manager of your choice and activate it.
Continuing on download and install the ESP under the files tab and make sure to activate it.
If it was all done correctly you should see them appear in-game in their locations.

UPDATE 1.2 :
Added many more Pulowskis around the map in respectable areas (ex. Westside, 188).
I will no longer be listing the locations as I want you guys to discover where they are as I have placed certain containers and other lootables within them. Some varying in rarity depending on the location and others just fitting the theme of the nearby area.
Item example, the Pulowski located in Novac has many souvenirs inside of it like seen in the Dino-Bite gift shop.
FUTURE:
Add even more Pulowskis to respectable locations.
