I think Dragbody ported the remake model if I'm not mistaken (I found it on gunetwork long ago, ironically right after buying and playing the remake for the first time).
Messing up in what way? If it 'does the chameleon", it could that the nif file just has a wrong path. Check your zip archive and see if all textures are there, and if they all installed correctly and if they are, open your nemesis nif in the nifscope and check if the path there setup correctly (Pleny youtube tutorials on how to do that).
Otherwise, search for this one on gunetwork and just replace the old files with this one.
alright then, and can i ask something on the regards of know-hows of geck? cos i've been trying to do a personal race mod but well geck is fucking it up and i have little to experience with geck as a modding software
