A overpowered vendor I originally made for personal use, but decided to share. Located in Freeside in between Mick and Ralph's and the Old Mormon Fort. The Vendor sells ammo and chems, has 15,000 caps to buy stuff, repair and help craft items. The Vendor is voiced using vanilla voice lines.

- You can buy coffee and sarsaparilla from the coffee machine and vending machine

- Fixed some clipping issues
- Added some random NPCs to make the store feel less empty.
- Vendor now sell energy weapon ammo and the armored Vault 21 and utility jumpsuits.

- Polished the interior a little bit
- Added the ability for Emma for help you craft handloaded bullets (Changes the recipes for handloader perk bullets so if you have an other mod that effects them, you need to create a merged patch)
- Added Instant Meal Induvial (IMI) to the stock same stats as the MREs from Lonesome Road
- Added armors from Riley's Ranger Armor Expanded Conversion
