I wish I could endorse twice. For anyone on the fence on this mod - Imagine RWL, but without overly saturated colors or tone shifts - meaning you get properly black and white Tranqulity Lane out of the box, for example, with proper implementation of ambient environmental light sources, and no fog in the dungeons to light your way like a flashlight. This is the new comprehensive lighting mod for NV/TTW.

Thank you for your kind words! I wish I could endorse your post, it really pleases me when someone appreciates what I'm doing. I'm going to quote this post on mod's info page, hope you don't mind)

Okay so I gotta ask: Is this any shape of form compatible with all the rain mods that (unfortunately) requires True Weathers TTW mod?

The ugliness of the wasteland is something that has put me off of playing the Capital Wasteland. Your mod makes it look so much better. One problem I encountered right at the start: Enering Megatown, everything was very dark, too dark (it was daytime.)

I got "the best of times" setup for TTW with some additions. Turning off Atmospheric Lighting Tweaks - TTW has solved the issue, so that seems to be incompatible with your mod.

Just thought I'd let you know, I'm entirely ignorant on such matters.

I might be the only person who wants this, would it be possible to have this WITH the green tint?

Is it compatible with TTW 3.3.2? What about FPGE?

Hands down, this is the best lighting mod for Fallout TTW.  I was very impressed when using this mod and it really enhances the atmosphere in the game.  Thank you.

I do hope you come back to finish this up completely, if so, this mod would basically be the all-in-one weather/lighting mod that would dominant both FO3 and FONV.

Hi! Thank you for your kind words. As I've already mentioned before, I find this mod complete. My primary task was to make lighting mod for Capital Wasteland and I've made it, covering the CW itself and all of FO3 DLC's. New Vegas part was more like a pleasant bonus, but it ended up in wasting even more of my efforts than CW part, and I've made it too. The only DLC I havent covered is Lonesome Road, because, as it been said, I find it too boring, as my methods of work assume the complete walkthrough of every part I'm working on, but the maximum time I can stand in LR is about 30 minutes. It has boring atmosphere, it has boring surroundings, it has boring plot, I can't find anything in there, that could be enhanced with my mod. Maybe I'm just not looking good enough, but I also can't see any reason why I should search better.

So yeah, in short: this mod is finished.

      Cheers)

I can't see any rain in CW. Mojave too.
I can hear thunder roaring but still no raindrops.

I've installed HH rain fix as you mentioned (also have JIP LN, TTW propely installed)
All your plugins and rain fix (and update tweak file)  plugins are placed last in my load order.
Even tried to open them via Xedit and changed the global values.
(97 into rainy weather, rest 1s to other 3 weather... Also checked globals are for CW not PL)

What could be a possible problem??

That's odd. Try to disable rain tweaks, leaving only main Honest Hearts' rain file

I'm starting to think that adding a rainfall was a bad idea. FO3 and FNV doesn't support the rainy weather 'out of the box', and I don't want to waste my time on tinkering with crutches. There's a lot of other mods that add rains, my mod's objective was to add some realism using only default game's resources so now I see that I'm moving away from this purpose. I'd advise you to roll back on the previous version, i will upload a new update in a day or two (maybe even later this day) where I'll get rid of any traces of this failed experiment. I think I should leave distant thunderclaps in the overcast weather just to create a mood. I thank you for your feedback and efforts though.

UPD: Actually it took less time than I thought, the new update has been uploaded.

So is the rain mod not needed in requirements anymore?

I feel sorry about abandoning rain weather.
But anyway I further experimented your mod and find out these things.
Yeah, I want your mod with raining function because it's light and efficient
and Nevada skies just heavy and ended its supporting TTW.

      1. As v2.02, Mojave is raining just fine.
My first report was wrong. It should rain in Mojave with rain fix & tweak then start a new game.
but CW was still missing rain.

      2. rain fix & tweak is alright.
I've tested using Rainy Day mod.

      3. I could summon rain in CW by overwriting climate and Region data from mojave exterior
So my guess is there's something wrong in CW climate or weather record

      Hope you keep good work!

      UPD :
Before writing this update, I tested just outside vault 101
But once I tested from other location in CW. It started raining...
So I can say CW climate record is fine.
Maybe locational climate data is not set fully because I noticed there's no change of cloud outside of Vault 101

      UPD2 :
      I found it!
The region record MegatonWeather (formID : 00073eb4) was lacking climate data (it had only cloudy weather)

And one more thing : Raining in CW does not have lightning effect like MW... Is that intended??

      UPD3:
Had some trouble with inner and outer world of Megaton. Their weather was not in sync and it looks like override and priority is related with this mismatch. And I also guess your created weather record named CWMegatonClimate.. hmm

      @RandomUnit

I've cobbled together a version for both the Mojave and DC with working rain. I can send it to you if you'd like to include it as an optional file. It still requires the Rain Fix, though.

This mod seems very very underrated. I only came across it because of D.C Reforged TTW Reshade.

I've seen people mention clarity, ect but this mod greatly improves lighting to me, its not even comparable!

    Thanks for sharing.

So, will we see another update, to finish it all off with Lonesome Road?

Lonesome Road is boring as hell. I've dropped the game for awhile to focus on other things. Maybe one day I will add Lonesome Road, maybe not. Besides this one flaw I consider this mod complete so it doesn't bother me much)
