This looks like it could really come in handy, nice! And wondering about the DT calcs, does it work so that if a person is wearing armor with a higher dt (like adv. combat armor), will it have a greater % chance to resist knockout, or is there like a set threshold?
DT influences the formula (higher DT means more shots to KO), but there is no cutoff as of now (Power Armor users are just explicitly excluded for rubber ammo) Might implement DT cutoff when/if I get to implementing an .ini - thank you very much for the idea =P

What would be the quickest and simplest way to adjust the NPC's KO duration time.
