- Removed death effects by default. Robots will no longer explode after death, and ghouls will not resurrect. The patch to remove those effects is now the patch to *enable* those effects, for use with mods that turn off disintegration and gooification.

- Retweaked a whole bunch of creatures' placements, for better balancing, and added some ini toggles for gecko list inclusion by other reptiles, instead of defaulting to it.
Many of the reptile gecko list additions have been tweaked way up in level, so unless you're about level 10, you shouldn't be seeing any death or razorclaws in gecko spots anymore, even with the reptile gecko ini option turned on.

- Fixed missing No Low Level Processing flags, fixed creatures with Allow PC Dialogue flag (don't know if this even matters), changed broken Withered Ghoul skeleton to working nif, (I'll add you to the credits soon, whoever pointed that out), changed format to a Main File and TTW Patch, instead of two versions (so that I don't have to go checking a hundred creature's flags /twice/) [I'll put up a quick tutorial on merging this patch with your main file using FNVEdit soon], changed script style to setting ints using the ini values, instead of referencing them directly for each category.
