About this mod
Makes vendors only buy items related to their profession (e.g. doctors only buy aid items). No ESP, no conflicts.

Features:
- Vendors will only buy items related to their profession. Doctors will only buy aid items, weapon vendors will only weapons, etc.
- Works by assigning the proper buy/sell flags on all vendor NPCs
- Requires JIP LN NVSE, JohnnyGuitar, and lStewieAl's Tweaks with the bBarterCheckActorBuySellFlags setting enabled in the INI
- All vendors will still be able to buy ammo, this is not fixable on my end. Ammo does not adhere to any of the existing buy/sell flags
