Holy moly folks ! I thought my humble mod would get a couple dozen downloads at best, and here we are, not even a month later, with over a thousand unique downloads ! I'm now a recognised mod author !
Thank you all so much for checking out, downloading and endorsing my work, words can't express how grateful I am. Thank you all for the wonderful comments as well, you guys are awesome !
Excellent mod! I really enjoy this one. However, there is a slight issue. Your mod (as-is) causes a slight stutter and delay on loading screens. After some investigating, I realized it was because you saved all the images in 16:9 as opposed to a power of two. This means, that the game has to do extra work to in real-time each time an image is used to convert it to a power of two. This causes a slight delay in nearly every loading screen, as the loadingscreen01.dds is used somehow on the fade to black transitional loading screens. This can quickly be solved by scaling all the textures in the loading folder to 2048x1024. They come out a tad squished, but there's hardly any loss of quality. The only exception to this rule is the main menu image, which can stay at 16:9 resolution as it's only loaded once anyhow. If you scale down all the images to 2048x1024, the delay/stutter goes away and it still looks very good at 1440p.
Does anyone know how to solve an error that appears when I enter the game, the introduction and the title do not appear, only colors appear. My pc is 1920x1080
your game's texture resolution is probably not set to high, i have that problem too and mine are on medium. it seems this mod's textures weren't saved with mip maps enabled, so when the game requests lower resolution textures and tries to get them from the mip maps, there's nothing for it to get there so it outputs random noise.
I think this really improves the feel of the menu when using a green hud in ttw. Will endorse as soon as able. I added a screen shot. Add it to images if you like it. It is TTW with Main and Pause Menu Overhaul.
Unfortunately, for whatever reason, when this mod is installed, there is this "skip" where you remain frozen briefly in the game before the loading screen initializes. I tried switching from the 4K version to the 1080p version and while there was a minor improvement, it is simply too immersion breaking.
I'm not sure if it's because the game loads so quick from my m.2 drive, the various stutter fixes and whatnot, or the other various UI elements I have replaced or all of the above. Whilst, I won't be using this mod, I do appreciate your efforts.
Seems like a great mod, my only gripe is the text under the title on the main menu, "Ultimate Edition", I can see why someone might like it, I personally have a distaste for it though Is there any chance you could upload an alternate without it? Or explain a way I might do it myself? Whether or not you do, great mod, and I hope to see you continue modding.
Unfortunately doesn't work with my setup. The game black screens on startup. Tried 1440p and 4k + manual and NMM installation. Looks really sick though.

the default value of 10 (seconds), set mine to 60 for the full minute experience, larger values would functionally make it a static background
