I think it would be especially funny if Lanius's deck included something that could not be found in the Mojave, like pin-up girl or Legion-themed cards, implying that he had obtained them from further East.
After honing my caravan skills and building the best deck possible (getting all the 6's, 7's, 9's, and 10's, as well as a crap ton of Kings and Jacks) I am proud to say that I have defeated the Legate in Caravan and now take my rightful place as Caravan Master of the Mojave.
The match was surprisingly easy, much easier than the final challenger in your Caravan Tournament mod at least. And instead of retreating to his tent -- well he DID retreat to his tent, but he got stuck on the way there then he became hostile all of a sudden. Oh well, I get to keep his sword and mask as usual
I think there was a Witcher mod that turned every single combat encounter in the game into Gwent match. With Wild Wasteland and the general theme of Fallout, this concept would fit so much better here.
And this is the first step in that direction. Glorious!

Like a,
Legate: "I can't believe you're serious...!?"
Courier: "Are you calling my bluff?" "Is the Legate not up to all challenges!?
Legate: "Very well courier... After my victory I will have your head..."
Also should have been a wild wasteland option lol
