Makes The Insta-Kill Magnum Playable Changes the name and makes it a quest item so you can take anywhere like the silver rush Autoloads to your inventory.
It is just the Mysterious Stranger Magnum that has a massive amount of damage the name Insta-Kill Magnum comes from GameFaqs cheats for Fallout3.
Besides from the fact that it kills all targets in an Instance it makes a good alternative to the Debug Mega Pistol
Copy the esp to your NV data folder and activate it in your mod manger.
