Interesting bug fix. I've seen this issue before inside Repconn Test Site specifically the center stairs going up to 2nd floor where Jason Bright is. What do you think is the reason why this bug happens though? What's the problem?
You'd have to provide a screenshot/video example of what you mean. Not to say they don't exist, but I don't recall any such issues at the Repconn Test Site.
I had to bugfix YUP everytime a new version came out as they introduced as many new bugs as it claimed to fix, the worst being floating weapon meshes on the player's back in 3rd person - after that, I simply stopped updating YUP, made myself a "bulletproof edit" and stuck with that (v11-7 I think, painstakingly cleaned with xEdit). Maybe it's time for a new leader at the helm on this project, as all these real fixes pop up and never get included. Just my 5c
Nothing against Sandbox, but I've seen enough problems being reported with later versions that I am stil on 10.3 of YUP myself, and just added a fix or 2 there. Despite that I feel like I already have too many plugins loaded, I'm going to instal the mod shown on this page too even if I have yet to encounter it.
Sadly, it won't fix all of the performance issues in the sewers. Just this one particular spot. The sewers have a lot of flame barrels, NPCs, creatures, and poor room bounding. TTW may have fixed more than just this small fix. I'll have to speak to Roy about it when I've cleared my to-do list. See if we can add more to this. Having said that, Roy did say at some point that he'd make his own bugfix mod for FNV that brings over all of the fixes he made in TTW, not addressed by any other bug-fixing mods.
Ah, for a moment I thought this would fix the issues with the room bounds in all the sewer cells. I still appreciate it though! I hope Roy does bring over his fixes from TTW soon-ish, some of them are really needed.

I'm only surprised that this has never been adressed before to be honest because a number of people must have been aware of the issue.
