there's  a mod that replaces the powder gangers with the combine from half life 2. can you add this weapon to their weapon pool?

The model are textures are beautiful artwork, however I find this mod is crippled by its reliance on obsolete animations. kNvse has been around for a few years now so a reliance on Asurah animations from 8 years ago that cannot be customized to each weapon makes this mod feel outdated. If a kNvse animation set for this weapon shows up, it will be a great day.

I know what mod you mean, aaaaaaand... Nope.
It's incompatible. The weapon is totally misaligned, can't even aim right, which is a shame.

I was thinking... What about if we can have the animations rigged to a separate folder with their respective JSON file?
That way, Asurah's animations don't need to be a hard requirement anymore.

It doesn't need to be anything "custom-made". In fact, I think that either repacking the necessary files from Asurah or adapting some of Hitman47101 (his UZI animation, for example) would be more than enough to get the job done.

...And nope. I would gladly do it myself, but I don't know how.
I barely discovered how to thinker with JSON files and individual animations, so my knowledge on this is the bare minimum.
Hopefully someone smarter than me can tell us if all my idiotic rambling is , at the very least, possible
