Thanks! ...and... aw, crap. I was applying them to modded NPCs with their own texture files. Yeah, if you put them in the general character file location, you'll get that. I'll add a note to the front page- thanks for pointing that out.. In the meantime - try this other mod I use to customize the player character: SiberianExpress's "Custom Race" https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/35196?tab=files It's a little bit of work to set up, but it's worth it.
Ah yes, I forgot about that one! I think I put off trying it as it's tricky to get to work without deleting all perks mid-playthru? I will keep it in mind for my next playthru. Do you know of any companion mods that have their own texture files? Or were you modding your own npcs :-) Thank you for your reply!
Yep, Willow is legendary. Vanessa is also a must-have for my playthroughs, because she's a maniac. Thanks for the endorsement - I'm just learning my way around the file structure and the GECK - it's cool when people actually respond.
I didn't know about Vanessa before! Same mod author that did my fav companion Darlene in F04. Nice. Not sure why your mod hasn't gotten more attention. It's very well done. I've decided I like your Ahnold Commando one best - it does work on females by the way. Hope you do more mods. Thanks again!!
