    THIS IS THE MOST RECENT CHANGE LOG FROM BETA PLAYERS AND TESTING
    Everything that I had modified or changed was written down and tested to insure max compatibility and performance, while also improving upon locations, characters, lore, stories and the environment as a whole while playing Fallout: New California.

    I am looking for useful feedback and bug reports along with performance ideas or concerns.
    If you have something you would like to see or have in FNC please, do not be afraid to comment, just DO NOT MAKE DEMANDS.
    And stop bickering about the quality of the original, the story, blah blah blah, act like adults and bug the writers, not my comment section.

    Vault 18 is still a problem currently as I was only able to improve the performance of it with less crashes and about 10-20fps increases. Working on implementing some more changes to make it more stable, but everything else so far has been up to par performance with 30-60 fps in all locations adjusted.

    Fallout 4 Lore-Friendly Power Armor Overhaul Patch for FNCO
    Replaces a handful of standalone Power Armors to use the Fo4 Designs from Dragbody and adds in unique drops and better Power Armor related balances to FNCO. DOES NOT REPLACE THE UNIQUE POWER ARMOR FROM FNC.

    Installed it before I read that all the progress from New California is reset when starting New Vegas proper. I don't like that. Whole point of my keeping New California installed and starting each new playthrough of New Vegas with it is to start strong and breeze through the early game as originally developed when going from one to the next, with roleplaying my character as, having forgotten so much else from getting shot in the head, not knowing why they're so strong and skilled and all that. I get why that decision was made, the amnesia from surviving getting shot in the head reset everything, but it's not to my liking, so I'm not using this unless it gets updated to make that an option or a version is made without it, and at this point, that doesn't look likely.

    Tried this Mod in 2024 to expand my New California experience in a fresh new game. Boy was i pissed when i found out how broken it was.

    First the positive things: I liked the changes, the new dungeons, more places to explore etc.

    The main problem? It's simply unplayable/broken.

    I never had any problems with playing new california, never had any crashes until i put this "overhaul" into my game. Vault 18? multiple crashes. Athens-tec was fine. The fight at I-15? undoable because of crashes. Every time i got into the middle of the fight, it simply crashes.
    Xiabula is fine too. Black horse ranch has some safe routes, but when you go rescue your friends? Crash again.

    I thought at first it was my fault because i downloaded it wrong, or my PC couldn't handle it. But no. It was this mod.

    So, i dumped this and now it's running like charm again. Sorry, but i can not recommend this mod.

    I have the latest version of FNC, the one with the installer. I installed it outside of vortex, but it is installed and managed by vortex(somehow). So my question is, should I be getting an error message that says "Plugin dependencies unfulfilled".

    In particular "New California.esm" is incompatible with "FNC Overhaul Project.esp"

    some people are saying this adds hostiles to Barstow which conflicts with the New California Barstow Overhaul mod which adds venders to the empty town to add life to it can you add a compatibility patch which removes the enemies from the town and the towns interiors

    I like most of your changes, but could you in the next update, ad a keep progression option? I like the perks you get in the story, and I dont mind being over leveled in the base game.

    i think this is broken i am in the fort during the escape but the super mutionts wont spawn and i cant talk to the ncr guy
