Makes gender related perks to be converted into traits with additional benefits traits give.

When it came down to choosing the very first perks, it was down to one of the skill related perks you boosted yourself into and that was available for you at level 2, or it was a perk for boost against male/female. Most people optimize playing as woman and choosing the black widow due to majority of enemies due to how useful it was, ignoring the other perks you get at level 2.
So here comes my mod, it converts all 4 gender related perks to traits that you can pick as you create your character. No more wasted perk slot for optimizing character.
But what about the damage bonus? Well I solved that too. Due to traits giving both positive and negative effects, the implementation was simple; reduce damage same amount for the opposite gender. This makes it that fighting another gender will be harder, in relative manner and such case. Or you could pick up both traits and not get damage bonus, but double the dialogue choices to get to bed with more people on Mojave, it's your call.
I recommend Misc. Stewies Gamesetting Tweaks mod for unlimited traits, so you have free slots to pick other traits you usually play with.
