   I appriciate you making the mod but i cant figure out how to install because there is no folder called palanding in data sound fx

   Dude, I already put this to palanding in Fallout 4 Power Armor Features and it doesn't work. Am I missing something?

   I DO NOT OWN THE ORIGONAL SOUND FILE IF THE OWNER HAS A COMPLAINT WITH ME USING IT PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP AND I ILL PROPERLY INCLUDE YOU IN THE CREDITS OR REMOVE MY FILE
   
   File is in .wav format if you require MP3 or OGG please leave a comment. didn't upload those for now because new Vegas normally doesn't accept anything that's not .wav format.
