BASIC DESCRIPTION :
This is a basic mod. It can even be stated as Personal Project.
I didn't think I could ever mod, and I was wrong.
I present to you..
MYSELF!
Yes, I added myself into the game. It's a singular NPC, The NPC that I added is a 1st LT in Camp Forlorn Hope, He has multiple personal items on him, and I fleshed him out as much as I possibly could. He is included with over 50+ lines of dialogue.  He comes with his own Tent, and his own Schedule.
I highly recommend using a Recruiting Contract Mod to be able to have my NPC as a Companion.

Listen, I have no idea if this mod is compatible with other mods. It does use Project Nevada. 
You will require Project Nevada for this mod.
