   Is there a way to mix and match other coat and armor styles? Or are all of the models individually done in blender?

      Unfortunately, the basic long coat for the mod is a model which only exists in Fallout New Vegas, so a direct port wouldn't be allowed.  However, if you are comfortable with Nifskope and the GECK and own a copy of Fallout 3, to the best of my knowledge there'd be no objection to you making a copy for your own use, but not for distribution.
