I am unsure to your meaning, do you want a replacer for NCR armor? I'd be interested as I enjoy working with textures, but I need to properly understand what you're asking first.
...I just asked for an optional retex replacer (or rather to say, a retexture*) for all PA armors (Patrol Armors*)... I thought I had specified that the PA armor I was referring to was the Patrol armor, and perhaps not the thing I think you might have misunderstood it for, being Power Armor. As seen in the picture of the retextured Patrol Armor... Also, no, not all NCR armors... Just a retex for Patrol armor... Actually, though, I didn't mention it, but could you please make an entirely black retexture if you did make a Patrol Armor retex? To be honest, however, Patrol armor (along with the Patrol hat) would make for another interesting armor/helmet replacer for the regular (non-Ranger) NCR armors. While I could be wrong, I don't believe there is currently a mod that replaces NCR armor (non-ranger) with Patrol Armors/Hats.
