This is a interface overhaul that cleans up all of the smudgy Icons and the textures surrounding the Companion Wheel while retaining the original design as much as possible.

Added hud_comp_bkg! Saved in TGA for improved gradient visuals. Increased the resolution by 2x from vanilla.
Clean Companion Wheel features 22 redrawn Vault Boy Icons, a redrawn Pie Wheel and the slices that goes along with it. The original assets were either blurry, smudgy, ugly or downright incomprehensible. This mod aims to fix that. All the assets are twice the Vanilla Resolution.
