For some reason, my game is ludicrously bright when using this enb and the weather mod that's recommended. It's as if when night, the sky just turns black and that's it, everything is still illuminated and I can see clearly as if it were still 4pm.
ENBs were neve fully developed for NV and come with a fair share of technical problems and performance drops. They also break NVTF's most important memory optimizations. It's also considered abandonware by it's creator.
enbseries.ini has: EnableSunRays=true and 2 lines below it has: EnableSunRays=false.
I guess latest line prevails.
One must EnableLens=false at once. Lens is revolting. I've tried EnableBloom=false. But I couldn't make this ENB preset make work for me. Too much grey and blue. I've uploaded screenshot.
I'm disappointed that I haven't seen a comment crediting you for making such a nice enb, no harsh tones or excessive values for the effects, very nice and I'm happy to have discovered this.

You are right! I switched to EnableProxyLibrary=false InitProxyFunctions=false And game start but this preset is not in my taste... Too much grey, blue and brightness. Screenshots looks better
