To anyone else considering this - be careful with also using the author's Irresistable Hat mod mentioned in their description, at least if you use TTW, and it may effect regular NV too. I found it worked but incidentally made Glowing Ones virtually indestructable (as in needing literally a thousand rounds instead of at most 6 from the same weapon for my high-end gun specialist character). I wasn't trying to recruit the ghouls, just kill them at Repconn. My bug report and comment wasn't yet answered, but uninstalling cured it.
