I hope you can someday make a standalone version for this mod as well as the Classic Leather Armor Mk I & II Replacer Redux, I still want to see the vanilla variants mixed in with these beauties. This is especially the case with the amazing Metal Armor, Reinforced, it would also be nice to have your uniquely meshed lightweight metal and leather armors be available alongside the vanilla lightweights.
I enjoy the textures very much, vanilla metal armor can't compare. However, is it possible for you to provide a file that combines all three options since it'd be a strain on my esp limit if I download all three.
tl/dr: mod is installed, mod is enabled, esp is enabled, esp is loaded last (in the bottom of list, so there is no overrides by other mods), armor models are still vanilla.
Somehow the armor models are not replaced, despite i tried everything to make it work as intended. I am not sure if this is a bug or a mod conflict. This is what i did to try the mod:
1) Download the mod via Vortex. 2) Unpack the mod. 3) Enable the mod. 4) Enable the .esp file. 5) Put the .esp file to the bottom of the load order (so it is loaded last).
After these actions i did loaded the save, took the metal armor, put it on a character; the models have not changed. Also, i have spawned the metal armor (both variants - the simple and reinforced) with console: their models are vanilla as well.
I am trying to figure out the reason of this problem, but i have no idea what may cause this. The only suspect is the Yukichigai Unofficial Patch - YUP, as it (theoretically) may replace the armor models with script or something like this.
You should probably download, install and use FNVEdit, then apply filter for conflicts which should helps identify any mods that may conflict with this mod.
Can you separate the normal armor from the MK2? I tried myself but the names are a bit confusing so I hid most of the Mk2 files but there a lot of them that are not named directly Mk2.
Great mod. I just wish it came without ESPs. I can't see why are they necessary, since it's basically only a reskin, doesn't affect armor stats. As it is, it conflicts with my own armor overhaul I made.
Thanks for this! I put the lightweight replacer as starting out as a girl having the original boob and tubes armor as the only heavy option was grating... I'll let NPCs wear the fugly NV ones for now. xD
