Suit for Women Added To NPCs by SomewhereInTime

My first attempt at modding. Not much, but it seems to work.

Adds Micalov's Male Suit for Women (a trousersuit version of Pre-War Businesswear) to NCR civilians and gamblers, mostly seen in the Vegas casinos or the Atomic Wrangler, and also the inventories of Chet in Goodsprings, Cliff Briscoe in Novac and the Crimson Caravan.
