Oh, and if you ever get stuck, just open up console commands with the ~ key and type in "tcl" to disable collisions and float out of there. You can then type the same command to disable it. If you're worried about not being able to unlock achievements, you can save after you used console commands and restart the game, which gets around that anti-cheat measure.
I am a nobody, but I can attest to this 100%. " using the following console command [ tcl ] after having pressed the Tilde or [ ` ] key in-game (paused or un-paused) … disables Collison with ALL structures; up-to and including the floor. "... Pro tip: This works in Skyrim as well same command window key and console command; I have a plethora of first-hand experiences no-clipping through walls on the Skyrim side (Conjuration/Necromancy/Unlimited Follower playthroughs).. not a ton of people utilize in-game console commands.. they're lifesavers under the right circumstances.
Know I'm resurrecting a years old post with this but, long-time Morrowind player here, and I can confirm they've been doing this since at least the 2000s xD
I was walking through the city streets And a man walks up to me and hands me the latest energy drink "Run faster, jump higher" Man, I'm not gonna let you poison me I threw it on the ground

If you use the Stewie's Tweaks version of the mod (see the Files page) you can edit this file:
\NVSE\plugins\Tweaks\GameSettings\Jump Higher.ini
and change "fJumpHeightMin = 200" to a smaller value so you won't jump as high.
