Grants the Player the Educated perk for free if they took the G.O.A.T exam.

Basically, this mod grants the Player with the Educated perk for free if they took the G.O.A.T exam.
I always thought it was a bit weird the Player isn't considered educated till about 4 levels into the wastes.
Its a small mod but all features are listed below.
Compatibility:
Should be compatible with most anything. The main trigger relies on the Goat Whisperer TTW challenge.

Its a small mod but all features are listed below.
- Grants player the Educated perk upon completion of the G.O.A.T
- The Educated perk can be missed if the player chooses to skip the G.O.A.T
- The Educated perk is renamed to Vault Educated along with a slight description change
- The Educated perk is removed from the level up menu
- The Educated perk is balanced to give only one extra skill point a level instead of two. (Since ya know, your getting it for free.)
