For a vanilla game this plus real reflections work together?

I've been through all Millenia's mods, and I can't find the original environment map shader mod?? Is it a pre-requirement?
Or do I understand that wrong, and this mod is the actual map shader mod?
Since user images show improved maps for bottles does it only apply to millenia's weapons mods or everything?
Also, my renderinfo.txt says pack19, does it mean I need to download every single one up to 19, or only 19?

    Hello.
For those who need all the mod Shaders, like me.
I created a pack with all the Shaders of this mod in it.

      It should make reflection prettier.

alright so usually when something is shiny you'll only see the details on where it's shining. but with this mod you'll be able to see the details everywhere even where there's no light shining. that's the easiest way to explain what this does

Haha me as well until I seen the coke bottles in the user images.

20 minutes of staring playing spot the difference.

I tried this mod, I will say excellent! .. BUT if it did not light up at night and all the weapons would not be smeared with oil, it would be even better.
But while I wanted to make Backup via Vortex, but something went wrong and the shader remained, I tried to download the vanilla Shader pack from Improved Lighting Shaders, it didn't help either .. I'm sitting now I can't do anything ... Бл**ь
    P.S. My number 13

The light up at night issue is because meshes are missing a shader flag "envmap_fade" which makes environment map adapt to surrounding light. Not much one can do about it except edit every mesh that uses env map.

I tried disabling the mod via Vortex and even uninstalling it didn't help. I decided to go to the root and find to replace it with Vanilla did not help, deleted Renderinfo.txt the same result ... even tried to change the shader in .txt to a different number, but even the result is the same .. and yes I downloaded the Vanilla shader package from Improved Lighting Shaders, since
I didn’t have any backups and had to download this ..... ok it all sucks, I’ll go watch ge?
      UPD_1: I disabled NVAC, didn't help

@Lightynyan late replay you don't install this like it's another mod you install it manually.

can you just make it a single zip so i can put them all in a zip or something? i don't wanna wait 2 mins for them to download cause of so many ads on this site andd they force you to wait 5 seconds for every mod you want to download. i'll sort it out on my own but i don't wanna bother as this website is using 10GBs of ram.

Use an adblocker and there is no way this website uses 10gb for me it doesn't even use one 1gb also make sure you read the description on how which shader package to use.

Does TTW already have this integrated?

I'm running a TTW and only noticed the effect once I installed this mod. So I'm guessing that it doesn't.

I was recently told Improved Lighting Shaders is the superior one for TTW.

      @Leadrainpbh20

The Improved Lighting Shaders mod has an additional download named "Millenia's Environment Map Shader Fix Compatible Shaders". So you're probably supposed to install both mods.

How do I know which version to download?
or do I need to download all of them and merge them into one rar?

      From description:
"If you don't know what shader package your game is using, go to User > Documents > My Games > FalloutNV and open RenderInfo.txt,
second line from the bottom is where info about which shader package your game uses is located."

In the description you incorrectly identify RendererInfo.txt as RenderInfo.txt.  I use a hard drive search tool, and was a little worried when I couldn't find the correct file.  Obviously, I figured it out, but this may cause an issue for some users.
