   This actually sounds really awesome~ I'll definitely be using it in a future playthrough. I'll be running it through the GECK for my own personal use, though. I have a difference of opinion as to what should impact luck, I don't think that should be tied to a type of morality. :P All in all, though, a great mod. ^^

   Awesome lookin mod, only one question though. When you say if Encumbrance>10, dose 10 refer to over 10 carry weight?

      Encumbrance>10 means you're carrying more than 10 pounds of stuff.

   Hello, this seems like a really cool and interesting mod! But I have a question, what about perks? If I only have 15 points, how can I have any normal number of perks?

      Your character will still get the same amount of perks, but you certainly have less to choose from. I wouldn't recommend being a jack of all trades, you'll probably find yourself taking perks you don't want.
