So two weird things are going on, both with different versions of this mod. Weird thing one was with the latest version, 1.4. For some reason the unique rifle in the Safehouse, the Ranger's Pride, is just a big read diamond with an exclamation mark. Looks like there's a missing model or something. The other weird thing is happening with version 1.3, which I downloaded after 1.4 didn't work. The Scout Rifle itself shows up where it's supposed to and works as intended, but for some reason with the Jury Rigging perk it can be repaired using bullets. Yes I'm not kidding, on the repair list, you can repair it with bullets. I'm not sure what to make of these bugs.
This weapon is very hard to find; perhaps you could add it and the attachments to the Arms Merchants inventory at the 188 trading post?? It wouldn't break the lore considering she was in the NCR.
