I know this is listed as outdated, and I have Stewie's Tweaks installed, but Stewie's wasn't working :( From my INI for Stewie's: ; prevent scrollwheel affecting windows outside NV bPreventInactiveWindowScrolling = 1
However, windows on my other displays would still scroll :( This mod still works, and stopped other windows from scrolling for me while I was playing FNV. Thanks!
EDIT: I think I fixed it, I set the mouse settings on Windows to "no scrolling in inactive window", and have both this and the iSteve Tweaks on, if people have the same issue and are looking for things to replicate.
I've downloaded countless essential mods like NMC texture pack, Weapon retexture project, Two bears high fiving, and everything else under the sun. But this mod takes the cake as the best one. Thank you.
Just verifying that this crashes not just when my controller is plugged in, but also my flightsim peripherals (joystick and throttle) that have nothing to do with FNV.
This is my first ever comment on NM after using the site for ~12 years. This is incredible, thank you for this. Upon initially launching the game; I kept having an issue where my cursor would interact outside of the game instance. if I scrolled through the Pip-Boy, looked around, clicked, it would cause the game to lose focus. Upon bringing the game back into focus after this had happened at least once in a session...my cursor would then be locked within the window for the rest of that session. However, my MAIN issue (aside from losing focus and interacting with other programs) was, upon re-gaining focus and "locking" my cursor within the game instance frame...my sensitivity would be reset to some weird value, seemingly with mouse acceleration reactivated. All of this was happening despite being in the built in Fullscreen mode, with or without Steam Overlay, and with mouse acceleration and my sensitivity set in Fallout_prefs.ini, Fallout_default.ini, and Fallout.ini. This script has made it so upon initially launching the game, my cursor is stuck in the window, as intended; this fix is keeping my sensitivity from resetting constantly. Thank you SO much. ?
Such a must have for multi monitor users. Was always annoying to suffer from this double screen mouse bug. I mostly used Dual Monitor Tools to lock the mouse to one screen but no more need for that with this handy plugin.
Instant endorsement! From someone with multiple monitors playing this game was irritating as hell before I downloaded and installed this mod and ONE Tweak both are amazing at improving basic functionality that these older games severely lack. Alt tabbing and not scrolling windows on your other screen. Thanks a MILLION!!!

I know *some* types of mods work on both and I can't seem to find an FO3 equivalent of this.
I can finally watch a twitch stream on the other monitor without going insane from all the scrolling.
