Simple Loading Screen Replacement for Tale of Two Wastelands. Contains all Fallout 3 loading screens with the green tint removed, and makes new loading screens for New Vegas that include the Fallout 3 overlay and style. Also included a border inspired by the Fallout: New California Mod.
