An overpowered collar that grants invisibility upon sneaking when equipped.
--- Description ---
Collar grants invisibility (stealth boy) effect when equipped while sneaking.
Grants 1,000,000 to carry weight, waterbreathing, and buffs to all resistances, along with buffs to health and action points.

In a box on top of the desk in Doc Mitchell's house. (see screenshots)
--- Requirements ---
Fallout New Vegas (no DLC required)
--- Installation ---
Use Mod Manager Of Choice (MO, NMM, Ect.).
Or Unzip With File Zipping Tool (7Zip Or Whatever Tool You Have Installed On Your Computer) And Copy/Paste "Data" File In FNV Directory (Where "FalloutNV.exe" Is Located). Be sure to enable plugin in launcher if installing manually.

Added optional "Invisible" version that won't appear on player for those that don't want to look like a slave.
