I don't think this mod works, i put the esp at the bottom of my load order and it did not change the color of lasers. I think it's a pretty cool idea though.
Nvm, I just did a clean reinstal of my game and redowloaded this mod and it is now working. I don't know wich mod could have been conflicting with it on my previous load order. But anyway, this does work and I love the new blue lasers.
