   I like the house but there is some texture flickering on the bedroom floor and in the corner of the counter. I do have texture mods installed though.

   I love it! This is the perfect lore-friendly home for someone who doesn't want something too flashy for an apocalyptic setting. I wanted a small, simple house that doesn't take most of my potato CPU. The only issues I have with it is I had to console unlock the front door and the back door is buggy.

   Great Mod, great for the beginning of the game however just one thing about it. A good bit of stuff is red when I go into it (cabinet, safe fridge desk etc.) and it just seems odd that you could be potentially stealing in your own house. Hope that helps for future updates!
