Donation Points system
This mod is not opted-in to receive Donation Points
Adds burning campfire support for Honest Hearts, and the tutorial campfire near Goodsprings Source. Also made a few improvements, if the campfire is still burning and it gets activated it shouldn't stack multiple flames and lights anymore, this fix was originally made by Qolore7 found in his patch emporium, but it didn't affect the tutorial campfire or the Honest Hearts ones. Also added smoke.
